Secret suitcases is an exciting set of tasks that can be used both as a standalone team-building program and as an additional parallel activity in sports and entertainment events. This task program provides an opportunity for all event participants to get involved: for those who are perpetually active and always at the forefront, as well as for those who prefer to work individually and are not as extroverted.

Among the secret suitcase tasks, you'll find challenges of:

  • skill,
  • brain teasers,
  • and tasks that involve filming or photographing using modern technology to capture memorable moments of your team members.

How does it work?

Each team receives a suitcase containing numerous and varied, numbered, sealed envelopes. Inside each envelope, there is a specific task. Nobody will be bored because opening an envelope results in the team losing points, but solving the task correctly earns the team points. Thus, the team needs to collaborate, devise a strategy, and possibly take risks. As the saying goes, "There's no putting the toothpaste back in the tube – once opened, the envelope can't be sealed again!"

For solving the suitcase tasks, a specific time is allocated. The content of the suitcase tasks includes various brain teasers and solvable challenges, as well as envelopes labeled "Risk" and "Stage." The "Risk" envelope is the most risky of all, as opening it affects the team's point count based on what is written in the envelope. The "Stage" envelope contains a hidden task that the team must prepare and execute for everyone to see during the award ceremony. This envelope hides tasks involving public performances.
